I found this offer in Fatwallet.com. The link is not active yet in Google Offers. You can subscribe to any one of the U.S. cities (if your city doesn't show up) and then you can use this $20 for $40 NewEgg.com offer in Google Offers. But I think it will show up any time soon, so bookmark that link or leave the link in an open tab.
