Google Keep gets new Chrome Extension and works offline

Google Keep comes in handy sometimes, you can use it to write notes or add To-do lists. I sometimes save the links in Google Keep via the share feature in Android to read the articles later.

Clear App - a 'To Do' productivity app for iPhone & iPad

Clear app is a nicely designed and an easy to do app for iPhone and iPad. You can add or remove or group tasks easily with pinch and swipe strokes. It costs $0.99 only in iTunes. The app has various shades of colors to show the degree of importance of the tasks.

The disadvantage though it doesn't sync with Google Tasks or other Calendars, may be they will add this feature in their future versions.

Clear is available only for iOS but if you need to use a similar app for Android phones, you can try Any.do (free), which does the above things plus it syncs (manually) with Google Tasks.

Any.DO: Best To Do List Manager for Android Phones

If you want a good To Do manager for Android Phones, then Any.DO is an excellent one to have. It has a nice design and simple to use. You can either type your tasks or voice input them. To clear tasks, just swipe across the screen like we cross-out things. When we shake the phone it clears the completed tasks. Best of all it syncs with the Google account, for now it needs manual sync, if they add automatic sync it will be even better.

Some of the main features are:

- Keep track of your todo's, anytime, anywhere. 

- Drag & drop tasks to plan your agenda. 

- Sort tasks by date, folder or priorities. 

- Set reminders for the things you MUST do.
