Sparrow mail client is one of the best applications in Mac OS and also available in iOS. You can check all your email accounts in one place with this mail app. Only drawback is, doesn't have push notifications, but is a good one to have manage your emails in iPhone or iPod Touch. It is only $0.99 for now, usually costs about $4.99 or more. It is much better than Apple mail client.
