Google+ adds analytics type tool 'Ripples' to check the popularity of posts

Google+ is growing fast and is adding almost one or more features every week ever since it started few months ago. Now, there is a great Google Analytics type tool named "Ripples". With this tool users in Google+, both regular and Google App business users can use this tool to check the popularity of their posts and see who is sharing and how it is shared.
