If you have Chrome browser freezing from time to time, then check this article or do the following, which is the same but there is an additional step you have to do if you use multiple Google Chrome profiles:
First, check the flash settings by typing Chrome://Plugins in a new tab. Then click "Details" under the "Flash" setting.
Once you type that in a new tab, you will see the above picture. Disable the flash program installed by Chrome (will be stored in Chrome folder) and Enable the flash program installed by the Windows (The picture shows that Windows' flash program is enabled and the grey shade shows the Chrome's Flash is disabled). Restart the browser.
Note: If you have multiple profiles enabled, then you should do this adjustment in each of the profiles otherwise the flash program will still freeze whenever you open the other profile.
This is a good fix, but please see you may still see the browser freezing in the future because of the buggy flash program itself, till then you can browse in Chrome without any worries.
If you have another alternative please leave it in the comments.
