Calm.com is a nice site that helps us to stay calm or meditate for a brief period. The web version has a voiceover, guides us how to meditate. The site has a nice background, though when we meditate we're supposed to close our eyes. They also have an iOS app http://goo.gl/F7DNU
I usually meditate silently, but this app gives a good start. Give it a try, if you do meditation daily, it really helps both mind and body.
If you don't like voiceovers just the meditation with a little music then you can try Calm.com's sister site "Do Nothing For 2 Minutes", which has a countdown timer with the sound of waves. The minute you touch the keys, the timer reverts to 2 minutes, so it should hands free until you finish the mediation duration. This feature is included in the iOS app above.
