I use one email for multiple clients and I wanted to create a filter for one client, for whom I sell multiple products. Since, I get a general payment notification, I have to do manually assign each mail to that particular client, but there is a better and easy way, Gmail filters.
For example, if you want to assign "Product A", "Product B", "Product C" and so to one folder, then use the following method:
1. Select the email you want to assign a filter and click the arrow down on the right side of the email and select "Filter messages like this"
3. Then click "Create Filter with this Search" to add more options.
For example, if you want to assign "Product A", "Product B", "Product C" and so to one folder, then use the following method:
1. Select the email you want to assign a filter and click the arrow down on the right side of the email and select "Filter messages like this"
2. Go to "Has The Words" and add the following, you can replace the product name with any phrases for your needs, but make sure you enclose them with double quotes:
"Product A" OR "Product B" OR "Product C"
