1.) Boil your potatoes like you normally do fully skinned (15 to 20 minutes).
2.) After boiling is done, quickly transfer the cooked potatoes into a bowl of ice cold water.
3.) Let the water cool down for about 5 seconds.
4.) Remove the potatoes and twist at the edges, the skin peels off potatoes easily.
